We're thrilled to announce Angela Spencer-James is joining us in June! Angela is a senior business executive with a track record of success in leadership roles directing client and internal firm initiatives. Angela recently capped a 27-year career with EY (1991-1993, 1997-2020), including as Partner for more than 16 years using her technical tax expertise advising clients. As a Principal and leader in U.S. Federal Tax Consulting, she was also responsible for creating a successful tax business platform, including all aspects of general management, marketing, sales, product development, employee management, and P&L management.

Angela fused her passion to create and lead sustainable world-class Diversity, Equity, and Inclusiveness (DEI) initiatives where she influenced critical business and talent decisions as the former EY U.S. Tax Practice and DEI Leader. In this role, she provided underrepresented individuals with opportunities to learn and grow personally and professionally.

Angela holds a Master of Laws in Taxation (LLM-Taxation) from New York University School of Law, New York, NY She also completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA-Taxation) from St. John's University, Queens, NY and holds a Bachelor of Laws, (LLB-Law) from the University of East London, London, UK.
