Federal Judge Orders Trump To Release His Tax Returns To Manhattan Prosecutor

Agree, MM. We're past the point of no return. We cannot entertain magical thinking that this will all go back to normal when Trump is out in 2024. The precedent has been set for the IRS to target conservative leaning nonprofits, impeachment for whatever reason, state criminal investigations, congressional baseball shootings, etc. etc.

We must fight fire with fire. It's the only way a bully understands. You've got to bloody the nose.

"Mutually drown each other in subpoenas and criminal indictments."

I usually don't advocate using the law to go after political opponents, but in this particular case, the gauntlet has been thrown down.

Case in point: Just today, Pelosi announced that if, I chuckled at that qualifier, if Biden wins in November, her party, the Democratic Party, would make public Trump's personal and business tax returns.

That's right, she announced her intent to violate both IRS regulations on tax return confidentiality, but also her intent to commit a felony under the U.S. criminal code.

The DOJ should prep indictments, and rightly so. These people need to be crushed, legally, when carry out threats like this.

When will the Trump administration understand that you need to fight fire with fire? Start some noise in conservative newspapers about Democrat politicians and then order investigations. Mutually drown each other in subpoenas and criminal indictments.
