ABA Seeks Comments On Proposed Changes To Accreditation Standards Relating To Distance Learning

ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar, ABA Standards and Rules of Procedure – Matters for Notice and Comment:

ABA Section On Legal Education (2016)At its meeting held on February 20-22, 2020, the Council of the Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar approved for Notice and Comment proposed revisions to the Standards and Rules of Procedure of the ABA Standards and Rules of Procedure for Approval of Law Schools that appear below. These changes move the approval of distance education programs under substantive change and remove it from the variance process.
