ABA To Vote Tomorrow On 75% Bar Passage Accreditation Standard
The Council of the ABA Section of Legal Education and Admissions to the Bar will vote tomorrow on the proposed change to Accreditation Standard 316 to require that 75% of a law school's graduates pass the bar within two years:
