Andy, no. That is a myth. Creditable contributions may not be used to pay for the contributor's tuition payments, either directly or indirectly.

Doesn't the proposal also apply to states like Arizona and Georgia, where people get a tax offset/deduction for payments to private schools for their children's tuition?
