Arbitration And Sexual Harassment Policies At 200 Law Firms

Following up on my previous post, Top 14 Law Schools Demand That Law Firms Disclose Summer Associate Arbitration Agreements:   the law schools have released the results of a survey of workplace harassment policies at 200 law firms.

And nearly half of the law firms told the survey to go pound sand, just as I predicted. Between the corporate law firms that hire indebted law school students and the law schools that need the corporate law firms to hire the law students that they indebted, well, the law schools have no bargaining chips at all.
