Weekly Legal Education Roundup

Earlier this week, Professor Steven Calabresi (NW) wrote an article for the Hill in which he claimed that Robert Mueller's appointment as special counsel was unconstitutional under the Appointments Clause.  I posted a rebuttal here.  My position is that the Mueller appointment was constitutional under the Supreme Court's test on what is a principal and what is an inferior officer.
