Top 14 Law Schools Demand That Law Firms Disclose Summer Associate Arbitration Agreements

Not to belabor the obvious, but:

1) Law firms disclosing that they use arbitration agreements with their SAs ain't exactly the same as law firms ceasing to use arbitration agreements with their SAs.

2) Not all law firms are going to comply with this little letter, which was only signed by like 1/4 of law schools.

3) Let's get real, there is a huge power asymmetry here: law schools need large law firms to hire their grads so that they don't become like me. There will be no consequences for law firms that tell these law schools to go spin. This whole thing is a toothless PR stunt.
