"The civil lawsuits will go away."

In that case, I'll enjoy the totally disproportionate and hypocritical reaction in the press and by certain regulars around here when this same type of things happens again to left-of-center groups under a GOP administration.

Absolutely gorgeous, the nominee put forth by the party responsible for all this, lecturing the public on "respect for the rule of law". Makes complete sense why the blue wall came tumbling down...

Mr. Spradling: The civil lawsuits will go away. It may take awhile, but they will. Eventually, the book ends. Always. Jarn
dyce v. Jarndyce.

The civil lawsuits are not going away.

"Obviously, the conspiracy has now engulfed the Trump Administration."

Ironic, even in jest, given the strategy Congressional Democrats are now employing. Does Publius Nadler have a problem with witch hunts from the other side? Obviously not...

As a retired IRS employee, I am disgusted that the service allowed itself to be used in this manner by the Obama administration. And disappointed that Trump's DOJ has decided not to investigate and prosecute.

This saddens me. It's an opportunity that is going away forever.

The one investigation I really want to see pursued is the unmasking investigation. I don't believe the FISA act should be renewed until all the questions that are lingering about the Obama Administration weaponizing the intelligence agencies to spy on their political opposition, are answered.

Boy, nothing says "I'm innocent of any criminal wrongdoing" than when the head of the department involved pleads the 5th Amendment...

Obviously, the conspiracy has now engulfed the Trump Administration. Time for another special counsel. Or perhaps we could get Robert Ludlum to write "The Lerner Supremacy," or something like it.
