Paul, can we get your analysis? I'm very eager to hear it. As a law prof that doesn't teach tax, I'm jonesing big time for some solid legal analysis here. How big a deal is this? Could Trump be personally liable? Is there plausible federal criminal liability? State criminal liability? Thanks in advance ....

Congress should investigate both foundations. How's that? Unlike you, I have no partisan axe to grind. I don't know what they'll find with Trump, but with Clinton, I'm already satisfied based on the evidence made public by Wikileaks that influence peddling took place vis-a-vis the Haitian earthquake fiasco...
