"The issue is Hate Speech and it is a crime."

Per the U.S. Supreme Court, only the advocacy of the use of force is unprotected when it is directed to inciting or producing imminent lawless action and is likely to incite or produce such action. And that's it, period. The government cannot criminalize any speech that does not meet this standard.

Good grief, aren't you a lawyer? Don't you understand the 1st Amendment.

I have no love for any of the fringe groups you mentioned, interestingly no other hate groups were mentioned (Nation of Islam?), but the ignorance of the 1st Amendment on the Left has gotten progressively scary over the past few decades...

Besides, there are officially 892 now. The SPLC has got to keep those donations flowing somehow, don't you know? Call it micro-hate.

Actually, hate speech isn't a crime. It is protected by the 1st amendment and its a good thing for Democrats that it is because they hate they spew is 2nd to none.

The use of violence in the name of politics is one of the favorite tools of the left and their use of it dwarfs all others.

The problem is that there are 784 active right wing Hate Groups with thousands and thousands of adherents across the US. The issue is Hate Speech and it is a crime. They are violent extemists who shoot abortion doctors and bombed the Olympics. They are the Oregon Militias who violently seized a public wildlife refuge and visitor center and did major damage. These folks are intent on tearing down government. They are the Soverign Citizens, skin heads, Christian Identity movement, etc.
