District Court Dismisses AICPA's Challenge to IRS's Voluntary Tax Return Preparer Program for Lack of Standing
The Washington, D.C. District Court yesterday dismissed the American Institute of CPAs' challenge to the IRS's Voluntary Tax Return Preparer Program on standing grounds.
