John ('The Duke') Wayne v. Duke University
Interesting lawsuit between the heirs of John "The Duke" Wayne and Duke University over the rights to use the Duke name:

The family is probably concerned that people will think their whiskey is weak like the flopping fainting goats known as Duke's basketball team. The school could also go back to their original name, Trinity College, before they began their tradition of selling themselves to the highest bidder. Go Heels!

And given the context of the suit the comment makes no sense at all, predictably I suppose.
Nonetheless, Duke's position does seem embarrassingly silly.
