Michael, I'd draw a distinction between most influential people in legal education (this list) and a list of most influential legal scholars, which I reckon would be almost entirely discrete from this one. At the moment, though, the focus on legal education is not what scholarship it is producing, it is whether it is worthwhile to obtain anymore, and this list reflects upon that focus.
