Why didn't you go back to 2009 - one year in which to absorb the reality that the economy was dead? For instance, UC Hastings as far back as 25 years ago normally had a class of 500+. Burn, baby, burn.

What the hell?

Even 3Ls cannot plan a legal career. I know a large number of people who passed bar but still have no legal career. To be precise, less than 30% of law grads have a legal career. How can 0Ls plan a legal career?

A question from someone outside the legal community: where are these thousands of young men and women going? Presumably, most have dreamed of and planned a legal career for many years. What path have they chosen instead?
