Top 30 Employed at 9 month number? How did they achieve that? By classifying 30 of their grads' jobs as "jdadvantage" and only one as "professional." No other school in the country had manipuated the "jdadvantage" category in the way that Richmond has -- although I suspect if they get away with it a lot of others will in the future.
Aside from the JD advantage number their employed at 9 months stats are nothing special.

Kyper,
Feel free to be more honest than that. I looked at the ABA breakdown, they place about half the class in real legal jobs. Once you adjust for the fact that many of those employed in 2-10 Atty firms are not full associates, and many of those in state clerkships will be unemployed, they are probably putting 25% of the class in real legal jobs.
As an aside, the Government category is sketchy too. I have a bad feeling that schools are counting unpaid post-graduate internships as full-time/long-term government jobs. I recently saw a school where 1/7 grads in this category reported a salary. This is probably where a lot of bodies are buried.
