If there's proof that the administrators encouraged professors to not write letters of recommendation in order to sabatoge transfer applications then this school should be shut down immediately. There really is no oversight in legal academia, and now it has to be across the board one of the most insundry institutions in America's professional echelon.

They used to be located in the same building as the IRS Appeals Office in Phoenix. Some of the ethics must have rubbed off.
