Comments

Here's another good one describing how Lois Lerner tried to pre-empt the devastating TIGTA report 3 days before its release. Lerner had her friend Celia Roady ask a question at the ABA Taxation meeting, which Lerner used to give a prepared defense. No one had any iea what she was talking about.

According to Glen Kessler at WaPo, Lerner lied to the audience and Roady lied to Ellen April & Paul Streckfus. This scandal won't bring down any government or cabinet official, but it sure makes tax professionals look weird.

You may want to add this one. Head of the IRS union met with POTUS on 3/31/10, the day before the Determinations Unit began its new Tea Party policy.
