You may want to add this one. Head of the IRS union met with POTUS on 3/31/10, the day before the Determinations Unit began its new Tea Party policy.

Here's another good one describing how Lois Lerner tried to pre-empt the devastating TIGTA report 3 days before its release. Lerner had her friend Celia Roady ask a question at the ABA Taxation meeting, which Lerner used to give a prepared defense. No one had any iea what she was talking about.
According to Glen Kessler at WaPo, Lerner lied to the audience and Roady lied to Ellen April & Paul Streckfus. This scandal won't bring down any government or cabinet official, but it sure makes tax professionals look weird.
