Just reading the headlines, the schools are still way out to sea. If they look at curriculum instead of cost/debt as the primary target of reform for even just the next two years, they will likely miss the only window to save their schools.

Of course, when schools do finally wake up to reality and focus on cost, they will start with some very minor reform, like imposing a freeze on tuition. In reality, they need to cut real (as opposed to nominal) tuition by ~50% within the next year or two in order to survive.
