This video looks pretty darned good for only $60k. Some people have no sense of humor and no concept of building employee morale. Either that or they have an interest in portraying IRS employees as humorless automata.
If the IRS wants to avoid criticism from the scolds, it can remake the video with taxpayers as crew and the IRS as the Borg. Tax resistance is futile: your money will be assimilated! All your basis are belong to us.
