To accuse Republicans of war against women, the Democrats have strange allies.

This position by Mr. Flynt is dead wrong.
One can strongly disagree with Mr. Romney's decision not to release his tax returns, one can believe that Mr. Romney is doing a disservice to himself, his campaign and to the nation by his refusal. One can even conclude that the reason Mr. Romney will not release his tax returns is that they show he has used questionable (but legal) means to reduce his tax burden to a level below that of many Americans and that he does not in fact pay his fair share of the burden of financing government.
But regardless of that position, tax returns in this country are private. They are not public information and Mr. Romney has the right to withhold their release. The remedy for people who do not like that is to withhold their vote from Mr. Romney and convince others to withhold their votes from him, not to gain unlawful access to his tax returns.
