IRS to Offer Tax Refunds on Visa Debit Cards

The Treasury Department announced yesterday that it would give 600,000 low- and moderate-income taxpayers the opportunity to receive their 2010 tax refund in the form of a MyAccountCard Visa® Prepaid Debit Card (FAQ).
