The California Franchise Tax Board has released its annual list of the 250 biggest California tax deadbeats.  Among the notable names on the list are:

• Timothy Blixseth (Yellowstone Club founder) ($894,058)
• Ron Isley (singer) ($303,411)
• Halsy Minor (CNet founder) ($13,120,479)
