Some might object to the term "shyster" as indelicate (it derives from the German word for "defecate") or ethnically insensitive (the Urban Dictionary offers as one definition "money grabbing jew shyster--A term used to describe someone who is cheap. Derived from the stereotype that Jews are cheap"). As a lawyer, I should note that I am not necessarily objecting, merely suggesting that somebody might. Actually, quite a few people.
