I read a comment suggesting that this representation isn't really accurate because the Bush tax cuts in EGTRRA most likely will not be extended beyond their 2010 sunset under a Dem administration where they would under a Rep. Is anyone familiar with the particular income tax provisions that are being referenced? Any thoughts as to the accuracy of this statement?
