We don't have a separate commencement, but Chris Matthews is speaking at WashU's general commencement.

Yale's faculty commencement speaker is chosen by the graduating class. Sometimes they have outside commencement speakers, as well, but those aren't announced in advance.

Actually, Professor Yoshino was chosen by the 3L class at Yale as their graduation speaker after his departure for NYU had been announced.

I'm curious as to how far in advance a commencement speaker is scheduled. Yoshino, the commencement speak at Yale, is moving to NYU in the fall, and I'm not sure they would have scheduled him after that news broke.
