7th Circuit Affirms Dismissal of Disgruntled Client's Suit Against Tax Advisors

The Seventh Circuit yesterday affirmed the district court's grant of summary judgment to J.K. Harris & Co. in a disgruntled client's suit alleging that the tax services firm breached its contract or comitted fraud in pursuing internal IRS appeals of a notice of definiceny but not a Tax Court proceeding.  Patridge et ux. v.
