American Hosts Conference Today on Innovations in the First Year Curriculum

The American University - Washington College of Law hosts a conference today on Innovations in the First Year Curriculum:

This conference will bring together faculty, academic deans, and other leaders from law schools throughout the country to discuss some of the exciting changes in theory and pedagogy related to the first year experience. The panel discussions and short presentations will explore recent developments including integrated and transcurricular teaching, the inclusion of clinical or practice based instruction, reconfiguration of first year legal writing programs, first year electives, and similar innovations.
