I started my new job today as Associate Dean of Faculty at the University of Cincinnati College of Law (press release here). I feel blessed to have the opportunity to work with our wonderful dean and faculty in this new position.
We have just updated our list of faculty publications for 2001-2007, which includes links to most of the scholarship produced by our faculty during this period. I would stack the breadth and depth of our faculty against any of our competitors—I know of no other law school in which every faculty member has published a book or law review article over the past two years. Our faculty has published over a dozen books and over 200 law review articles over this seven-year period, an amazing total for such a small faculty. The absolute numbers, of course, cannot accurately reflect the quality and influence of the scholarship—over two dozen of the books and articles were placed in the leading (per Leiter) legal publishers, university presses, student-edited law reviews, and peer-reviewed journals. I am thrilled to be able to help develop, support, and showcase such a talented, productive, and supportive faculty.
