Missouri Supreme Court OK's Tax-Exempt Bonds Issued by St. Louis University

The Missouri Supreme Court has ruled that St. Louis University, a Catholic Jesuit institution, may issue tax-exempt bonds to finance its new basketball arena.  St. Louis University v. The Masonic Temple Association, No. SC88075 (04/17/07).  I blogged a similar decision last month by the California Supreme Court involving Azusa Pacific and California Baptist Universities.
