Rain Forces Closure of IRS Headquarters

Irs_logo_273 Torrential rains in the Washington. D.C. area over the weekend caused flooding in the basement of the IRS headquarters at 1111 Constitution Avenue and forced the closure of the building today.  See press reports here.  See Creedence Clearwater Revival's Who'll Stop the Rain:
