Student Notes on Extreme Makeover and Cuno
One of the neat things about this blog is the many ways in which it can impact tax scholarship. A recent example is the two student notes published in Vol. 73, Issue #4 of the University of Cincinnati Law Review, inspired by two topics blogged here:
- The Extreme Home Renovation Giveaway: Constructive Justification for Tax-Free Home Improvements on ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, 73 U. Cin. L. Rev. 1665 (2005), by Brian Hirsch [blogged here, here, here, here, and here]
- The Ohio Investment Tax Credit: Impermissible Burden or Necessary Benefit? Cuno v. DaimlerChrysler, Inc., 73 U. Cin. L. Rev. 1685 (2005), by Matt Kitchen [blogged here, here, here, here, here, here, here, here, and here]
