Can You Hear Me Now...State & Local Cell Phone Taxes

Tax_foundation_6The Tax Foundation's Tax Policy Blog has an interesting post on how state and local governments are scrambling to make up for declining land phone taxes by increasing taxes on cell phones.  From their 50-state chart, here are the states with the highest and lowest cell phone taxes:
