The Washington Post seems smugly content that the IRS scandal doesn't match Watergate. In Watergate, there was a special prosecutor. Let the Justice Department appoint one for the IRS targeting, and the lid blows off. Then, we might learn about all the IRS trips to the White House. But, of course, that won't happen, because the Attorney General is in contempt of Congress himself.

Once more, thank you so much, Prof. Caron. It is a huge burden that you've been carrying for a year (!) now but I, for one, greatly appreciate your untiring efforts in keeping this travesty in the forefront of the news and for aiding us all in staying informed.

Mucho kudos!
