It's great that as trivial sounding a paper as " 2012 Developments in Connecticut Estate and Probate Law" is on the list. It reminds us professors that if we write papers on specific, practical, subjects, that might be a better use for our outsized IQ's than if we write on The Meaning of Law or What the Founders Meant.
