Mr. Bergin says it is unfortunate that TA had to file suit to get its documents. True indeed. Perhaps TA would have gotten its documents more quickly if the IRS and Chief Counsel didn't have 150 employees tied up responding to Chairman Issa's ever-growing and unquenchable requests for documents.
