More on President Obama's Support for Eliminating the Third Year of Law School

The comment on Britain is a bit misleading. In Britain and almost everywhere else, people study (read) law as undergraduates. The additional year or two is essentially clinical training. This is a more radical change from our current system, but perhaps a logical one, certainly better than slicing a year from current law school while students spend four years in college learning . . . I'm not sure what.
