"Democrats want to probe IG who started IRS scandal...."

Typical. Send the message that, if you don't play our game with the rules we make up, then we'll get you --- much like the message that the IRS sent to people contemplating setting up conservative non-profits. It's the same thing as punishing whistleblowers who have exposed wrong-doing of the NSA, the Holder Justice Department, and the state prosecutor in Zimmerman, in addition to the firing of and threats to other Inspector Generals who tried to remain independent.

If anything, this attempt by the Democrats to destroy independent auditors and whistleblowers should make one that much more suspicious of the political-left influence in the IRS and its goal to limit free speech and to attack Administration opponents using the power of an uncontrolled government. It should make one want stand up against these efforts to derail the investigation -- an investigation trying to determine the full extent and levels of the IRS targeting of conservatives and to protect the public in the future.

At this time, people who want honest government should rally behind I.G. Russell George and expose the effort to go after him for what it really is -- a warning to everyone who values Constitutional freedoms over Administration power and corruption.
