He says nothing of the US' complicity in this new, one world tax order, with FATCA being the most obvious illustration. The OECD has been preaching for automatic exchange of information for a decade. Taxation of extra-territorial transactions, e.g., some FIRPTA exchanges, is in line with this new attitude of tax authorities worldwide. They think there is billions of taxable dollars everywhere else in the world but their country.
