I thought the quote from Judge Quist in the Cooley case was misleading when used by the Professor in the video. The Judge made a point about Cooley's statistics -- and Cooley's job market publications are a fairly unique thing amongst law schools-- and cannot be viewed as an indictment of the other 15 schools he mentions as being sued or the other 20 on the list to be sued or the other 160 or so schools in the country. The Professor used it misleadingly to suggest it applied more widely than Cooley.
