Thanks for the segment, Paul. I was beginning to think that I wouldn't have anything from the left to complain about today.
It's typical of MSNBC to have a tax segment without anyone on the panel who actually works in the tax field, knows something about taxes, and has a historical understanding of them.
Tax complexity is just the latest popular social justice cause of the left, which pushes reliance and trust in even bigger government, which in unison and with no understanding blames Grover Norquist for tax complexity, and which will smugly repeat their claims ad nauseum as though that gives them credence.
Here's another typical example:

...the next time you find yourself struggling with IRS forms, remember that it’s big business aligned with anti-tax conservatives, not the government, that are causing you the pain.
Right. (What an idiot.) And, I'm blaming MSNBC and Slate for wasting bandwidths.
