Duke 1L Solicits Answers to Con Law Take-Home Exam Question on Public Discussion Board
Above the Law reports on a Duke 1L who posted a question from his or her Constitutional Law take-home exam, during the exam period, on the Top Law School discussion board seeking "help" in answering this question:
If the government tries to bar a woman from becoming president on textual grounds, what governmental purpose is being served?

The question says as much about the professor as the student. What an idiotic question. The professor obviously put a lot of work into this question. Right before he/she fell off of his/her bar stool.

The kid needs to transfer to an MBA program. He has all the instincts of a successful investment banker.
