Jeffrey Owens Delivers 16th Annual Tillinghast Lecture Tonight at NYU

Owens Jeffrey Owens (Director, Centre for Tax Policy and Administration, OECD) presents the 16th Annual Tillinghast Lecture on Tax Competition: To Welcome or Not? tonight at NYU. The Tillinghast lectures are presented with the support of the New York law firm Baker & McKenzie to honor David R. Tillinghast, a partner in the firm and a leading international tax lawyer. This year’s lecture is dedicated to the memory of NYU Professor James S. Eustice, who passed away earlier this year.

Not too difficult to imagine what Owens by all means will say about competition - perhaps they should have a podium with Fidel Castro and Kim Jong-il to cover the less statist side against him...
