Thanks for the post. Readers, do note that my paper on Intermountain and Chevron is preliminary, begun just a month ago by ab economist who is still getting up to speed on ad law and tax law. People at the conference loved 1/3 of it and thought 2/3 of it old hat, essentially, so I may toss out that 2/3. For the next year or two as I continue to work on it, the latest version will always be available at:
