Michael Mundaca to Leave Position as Ass't Sec'y for Tax Policy

Mundaca Michael Mundaca is leaving his position as Assistant Treasury Secretary for Tax Policy on Friday, May 13. Mundaca has been the administration's point person on efforts to lower business tax rates and broaden the corporate tax base. (He was nominated for the position after the Administration's original choice, Tax Prof Elizabeth Garrett (USC), withdrew.)
