I have a gut feeling that the Professor is going to win on all of these charges. I am guessing that it will come out that the two students who caused the uproar did poorly in the Professor's class and this amounts to nothing more than retaliation.

It seems like the profy did his job pretty well -- I bet the students will remember the hypos for the rest of their lives.

Didn't read all the links but hopefully this means that the accusers will now be known, and he can bring some sort of civil suit against them (if he is in the right). A crim law class usually has a ton of students, so he should have ample witnesses if he is being falsely accused. His affidavit posted the other day was great reading!

Isn't obvious now that we are 2 years into the Obama administration? Any slight towards a person of color, whether real or perceived, and no matter how ridiculous, is clear and convincing evidence of racism. As AG Holder said, don't offend "my people."
