Chicago Man Finds $9 Million Lottery Ticket While Preparing His Taxes

A Chicago man preparing his taxes found a winning $9 million lottery ticket inside of his tax file just days before the ticket would have expired.

Interesting, that none of the media asked him how he felt about paying 5% state income tax this year compared to 3% last year.
