Could I just do a cut-and-paste for free?

I see that the autograph of NY Yankee's Don Larsen, who pitched the only perfect game in a World Series, is not worth any more than that of the IRS Commisioner, who heads a team with a 70% error rate on TIN's. Does the seller think that such pricing will keep him from an audit?
