Ex-BDO Seidman Vice Chairman Pleads Guilty in Tax Shelter Fraud
Adrian Dicker, former BDO Seidman Vice Chairman, pleaded guilty yesterday to criminal charges in connection with short sale and SOS tax shelters sold to investors.
