$600k for a Tax Prof?

Stephen Bainbridge (UCLA) reports the rumor that Yale has offered a Harvard corporate law professor a salary of $600k/year to jump ship.  That got me to thinking -- what does the highest paid Tax Prof make?  Comments are open!  (Hat Tip:  Brian Leiter.)

UpdateDave Rifkin, an adjunct Tax Prof at Georgetown, correctly notes that my question should focus on the highest paid full-time Tax Prof, since many adjunct tax faculty easily clear the $600k level in non-law school compensation.
